
Smartflow + Digital Print Case Study: Tesco
Tesco is a British, multi-national retailer and is the third largest retailer in the World.
Sharp Iris has worked on numerous Tesco projects, creating packaging and photographing a range of products.
Recently Sharp Iris used digital print to produce personalised prepared potato packaging, that featured consumers photographs and feedback regarding the product.|
The production of the packs was controlled by Smartflow. Smartflow collected data from a social media style online platform, processed the data into artwork and then sent the artwork to be printed digitally.
The digitally printed, lidding film was sealed onto trays of prepared potato using the standard machinery.
Consumers found their messages on packs in their local Tesco stores.
