New product launch

New product launch

You have a great idea for a new product. You’ve done your research and you know that there’s a market for it. How on earth do you launch the product to market and develop a a consistent supply network?

Working towards launch can bring even the strongest person to their knees as it can be a lot of work, especially for one person with limited experience in product launches, ecommerce, marketing and supply chain.

You need a good partner to help, not necessarily a business partner but an expert in marketing, design and supply would be helpful.

The process can be long and you can hit some walls but persistence is key. In some ways you can learn as you go but expect a few hiccups along the way.

Here’s some insights based on our teams experiences of working with a client hoping to launch a new business or idea:

  • A budget it key, don’t let your spending run away with you. Stick to what you have and manage it well, this is where experience is important.
  • Launch and then strip out cost as quick as possible. Small businesses usually need small product and packaging quantities to launch which can be incredibly expensive.
  • Connections are key, ask for help as people will spread the word for you.
  • Reach out to relevant bloggers and other people with lots of connections online. For example, if you sell organic foods then reach out to a blogger passionate about organic food.

We can help you to build a plan, manage your project and find good quality, consistent suppliers. We only work with the best.

We have connections all over the world. If you need some help or advice then reach out, we are here to help.
